"Asking for help is a power move. It's a sign of strength to ask and a sign of strength to resist judgment when others raise their hands. It reflects a self-awareness that is essential in braving trust." – Brené Brown
After completing my honours in developmental psychology and then my internship in counselling with Humanitas, I have now registered with the ASCHP and opened my own pracitice to carry on providing my services to those in need for a safe space to finally exhale.
The way I can support you is not by giving you the answers, but by guiding you toward discovering them within yourself. Our minds can often feel chaotic, but speaking thoughts out loud can bring clarity and perspective.
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where every voice is valued, every feeling is acknowledged, and you can explore your thoughts freely—without fear of judgment.

Here are the types of wellness counselling I provide online.
Within the counselling setting, a variety of topics may be discussed.
